My Story
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. But nearly three years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I began facing serious health challenges of my own. These struggles forced me to step away from the career I had poured so much of myself into.
Around the same time, I was also navigating a difficult divorce. It was one of the most challenging seasons of my life—but also one of the most transformative. Through it all, I learned powerful lessons about resilience, identity, and the importance of boundaries.
For much of my life, I struggled to set healthy boundaries—both with myself and others. But in learning to establish them, I found a new sense of peace and freedom I didn’t know was possible.
I also came to realize that identity can’t be rooted in titles, roles, or relationships—because those things can change or disappear. When they do, we’re often left feeling lost. But there is so much more to who we are than what we do or what we've been through.
My story is one of healing, growth, and grace. I’m proud of the journey that brought me here because it’s shaped the strong, grounded person I am today. I’m not defined by my past—I know who I am and whose I am. And now, I’m passionate about helping others discover that same freedom and clarity for themselves.
